We strive to keep our stock levels current, but sometimes it can change in the blink of an eye. To be on the safe side, it's a good idea to reach out and give us a ring before making your purchase. That way, we can double-check and confirm if the item is ready and waiting for you.
What happens if I need to return my item?
You can send stuff back to us within 14 days, as long as they're still in their original condition and packaging, untouched, and nicely boxed up. Don't forget to include a copy of your invoice and a little note explaining why you're sending it back. Oh, and it's always a good idea to use a tracked shipping method. Just a heads-up, though, some branded items need to stay sealed for us to accept a return.

How long do your products take to be delivered?

What should I do if my item(s) arrive damaged?
Please be assured that the couriers take utmost care during delivery. Nevertheless, accidents can occur. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please let us know straight away.
If you have declined the delivery, a simple call to inform us will suffice. We will discuss whether you would prefer a replacement or a full refund.
In case you have already accepted the delivery and discovered the damage, kindly take a clear photograph of the affected item and send it to us via email. Along with the photo, please specify whether you would like us to arrange a collection for replacement or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving the issue.
How much does delivery cost?
When you spend £350 or more, we've got you covered with FREE delivery – yep, you read that right, no extra cost. Now, for orders under £350, there's a modest £12.00 delivery charge, and that includes VAT. Easy peasy!
Can I order from you if I live outside the UK?
Sorry to say, but for now, we're keeping it close to home. We can't ship goodies outside of mainland UK at the moment.
What kind of guarantees are offered on your products?
